Subletting Your Parking

Treehugger has an interesting post about a British site called ParkatmyHouse.com, which enables property owners to essentially rent out parking spaces on their own property. Makes me wonder, are any of the downtown Tacoma condo owners renting out their parking? You’ve got to think a lot of them drive off to their Seattle jobs during the day, leaving all sorts of sought-after parking spots vacant…
